What Every Plan Includes
Connections aren't a limiting factor on any plan. Every tier gives you:
Unlimited institutions — connect as many banks as you need.
Unlimited integrations — QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, and everything else Frank connects to.
Unlimited users — bring your bookkeeper, accountant, or team in at no extra cost.
Credits and Entities
These are the two things that actually change between plans.
Monthly credits — Starter includes 1,000 credits a month, Growth 2,500, Scale 5,000, and Max 20,000. Credits cover the work Frank does for you each month, so the busier your business and the more you ask of Frank, the more you'll want.
Entities — Starter is a single entity only. Growth includes 1 entity, with extras at $150 each. Scale includes 1 entity, with extras at $125 each. Max includes 3 entities, with extras at $125 each.
Choosing the Right Plan
Start with the revenue band on each card, since that's what the plans are built around. Then sanity-check two things: how many credits your usage is likely to need, and whether you're running more than one business entity.
If you run several entities, Starter won't work. Scale and Max both add entities at $125 each, and Max includes three to start with, so it's usually the better fit for a group of companies.

Changing or Canceling
